Everything you need to know to send your student to Camp Victory

 
 

PAYMENT

 

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to guarantee registration. The full camper fee of $375 is due on or before June 7th.

     Methods for submitting payment:

-Online

-Deliver payment to the church office in person or by mail: Victory Life Church, ATTN: Camp Victory, 6892 D Drive North, Battle Creek, MI 49014

Our payment schedule is as follows:

  1. 25% due March 1st - $93.75 paid

  2. 50% due April 1st - $187.50 paid

  3. 75% due May 1st - $281.25 paid

  4. Balance Due June 1st - $375 paid

 

Feb 11th- K-Drive Fundraiser starts

March 10th- K-Drive ends. Twelve28 Co. Fundraiser starts

April 14th- Twelve28 Co. Fundraiser ends


 
 

TRANSPORTATION

Victory Life provides busing to Camp Ao Wa Kiya on Great Lakes Motorcoach

Week 1 Check-in: BEGINS AT VICTORY LIFE ON TUESDAY, JUNE 18th AT 8:30AM

  • Please pack your camper a fully disposable sack lunch to be eaten on the bus ride to camp. 

  • Dinner is the first meal provided at camp.

Week 1 Check out: TAKES PLACE AT CAMP AO WA KIYA, JUNE 22nd AT 9:30am.

Week 2 Check-in: BEGINS AT VICTORY LIFE ON TUESDAY, JUNE 25th AT 8:30AM

  • Please pack your camper a fully disposable sack lunch to be eaten on the bus ride to camp. 

  • Dinner is the first meal provided at camp.

Week 2 Check out: TAKES PLACE AT CAMP AO WA KIYA, JUNE 29th AT 9:30am.

PARENTS NOT PICKING UP THEIR CHILDREN, MUST DESIGNATE AN ALTERNATE ADULT IN WRITING.

CAMP MAIL: Send your camper a letter!

• Write letter(s) to your camper and drop them in the "mail-box" at check-in.

• Letters will be delivered throughout the week.

• Facebook is updated daily during the week of camp with pictures and videos.
